Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Existing proofs stay live. You move up a sub-tier when you want to keep another workload proven: Starter covers 3, Growth 10, Scale 30. Enterprise is for regulated teams that need self-hosting, SSO, audit, or data residency.
The CLI runs the whole eval locally. Only the results you explicitly push become a hosted proof, anything stored is encrypted at rest and siloed per workspace, and proof links expire or revoke when you say so.
